For many years, we carry a “suitcase” of emotions which we refer to as impacts of life.
These are the significant life experiences that remain registered within us, that block our spiritual and professional achievements. Although many of our life experiences are useful, some of the programs, beliefs and “social norms” that we are raised into as young children cause a suppression of emotions and a distorted view of reality.
This lack of self-expression, when left to smolder, leads to frustration, depression and a variety of different illnesses.
Everything is connected.
Our inner world reflects our outer world.
By doing the healing work and clearing a lifetime of suppressed emotions from our field, we are free to create a reality of our greatest desires.
The sooner we take responsibility for our current situation, the sooner our outer world reflects this improvement.
